Workwise, I climbed the ladder into senior leadership and board-level roles, running big teams and driving business strategy. It taught me a lot about growth, systems, and how to make things work — but honestly? It never quite lit me up.

Marketing always did.

There’s something about creating — branding, layout, messaging, the feel of something done right — that clears my head and makes the world go quiet for a bit. That’s when I realised I needed to stop squeezing it in around everything else, and just make it the thing.
