I’m James, I’ve spent the last 18 years building businesses, leading big teams, and figuring out what actually makes companies grow.

I’ve worked across all sorts of industries, from fitness and healthcare to telecoms and the charity world. I’ve managed 100+ people, run multiple sites, led some pretty chunky projects (like rolling out ISO across entire organisations), and helped businesses land serious contracts by getting their systems and marketing in order.

But underneath all that? I just love helping people build stuff that works. Brands that feel like them Marketing that actually connects. Systems that save time instead of wasting it.
